The Housing Authority of the Township of Old Bridge was formed in 1987 under the authority of the Local Housing Authorities Laws.  The Authority's focus is to finance, develop, package, insure, manage, regulate, control, acquire & own diverse types of housing designed to provide safe, sanitary & suitable living accommodations of any & every type & kind to all persons of low income within Old Bridge, Middlesex County & NJ as required & permitted by HUD. The main office is located at 2000 Rt. 18 North, Suite 100, Old Bridge, NJ 08857.

Old Bridge Housing Authority

 

The purpose of the Old Bridge Housing Authority is to create the administrative mechanisms to carry out Old Bridge’s responsibilities to assist in making available affordable housing. 

Members of the housing authority are required to attend and complete six courses required by the State of New Jersey and obtain their certification within eighteen months. Payment of the courses will be borne by the Housing Authority.
